WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CANADIAN & AMERICAN MOCK TRIAL?

Canadian Mock Trial competitions are held in Canada under Canadian laws, while American mock trial competitions are held in America under American laws. The Canadian team typically participates in about six competitions annually, each spanning approximately two days and featuring different cases. In contrast, American mock trial involves a single case spanning the entire year. Overall, both teams utilize the same skill set in different environments and with varying case structures.
